In August 2013, the electronic control system of the Caterpillar 3456 generator set at Changqing Oil Field of Shannxi Province failed: the power ball of the Caterpillar C15 generator set broke down. The client requested to resume its production within two weeks and consulted many other oil field equipment maintenance companies. However, as it is difficult to eliminate the failure of the electronic control system and time for repair is tight, all other companies refused to undertake such tasks.

In the end, as invited by Shannxi Changqing Oil Field, Hongyuan sent its technical staff of Jingbian Repair Shop to carry out repair work at the site. With assiduous research spirit and rich experiences in maintenance and after two weeks’ hardworking, Hongyuan’s staff solved the technical difficulties during maintenance and completed the maintenance work in a quality and efficient manner.
